How To Send Your Ashes/Petals/Etc

How to send your ashes/petals/etc

Cremations:

Please send 1/4 a teaspoon of ashes in a ziplock bag (if you're ordering more than 4 pieces of jewelry 1/2 a teaspoon will be enough) Please put your name or order number on the ziplock bag or a note and place it inside the envelope so I know who the envelope belongs to. Place baggy inside of an envelope to be mailed off.

I highly suggest mailing your package via USPS with tracking.

Any remaining ash that is not used within the jewelry will be returned to you.

Once the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with the address to mail your envelope to.

Please email me at petalsandkeepsakes@gmail.com or click the chat button in the right hand corner if you have any questions about the process!

Petals:

I ask that people send the petals in a small box. You can get small boxes at places like Walmart, the post office, or just re-use one from around your house!

Loosely wrap your flower petals in a paper towel to allow air flow to the petals.

Please try to avoid sending your petals in ziplock bags as moisture tends to get trapped in the bags during the shipping process.

Please write your name on a note and put it in the box as well so I know who to return the remaining flowers to.

Close your box and it’s ready to ship! (It only takes around 3-5 petals to complete an item, but send however much you’d like).

I highly suggest mailing your package via USPS with tracking.

Once the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with the address to mail your envelope to.

Other Inclusions:  If you are sending inclusions other than ash or petals, you can send a tablespoon amount and follow the same instructions listed for sending ashes.

Mailing both cremations and petals:

If you are sending both cremations and petals you can follow the same instructions above but just place the secured ziplock bag of ashes inside the box with the flower petals!
