The "One Artist" Rule: We never process two orders at the same workstation simultaneously. One artist works on one piece at a time. The workspace is completely cleaned and inspected between orders to ensure there is zero risk of cross-contamination.
How Much Ash Do We Actually Need?
A common misconception is that we need a large portion of cremated remains to create a piece of jewelry. This is not the case.
For most of our rings and necklaces, we only require a very small amount—roughly 1/4 of a teaspoon (or a small pinch) of fine ash.

What Happens to the Unused Ashes?
